About Nightly Profit

Nightly Profit is a small team that makes practical, ready-to-use templates for people who run rentals and the businesses around them: short-term rental hosts on Airbnb and Vrbo, landlords with long-term tenants, and cleaning businesses that handle turnovers.

What we make

• Spreadsheets for hosts to track bookings, expenses and profit per listing, plus year-end tax organizers.
• Guest welcome books, house rules and printable signs for vacation rentals.
• Rent rolls, tenant ledgers and bookkeeping workbooks for landlords.
• Checklists, pricing and quote calculators, and client-finding templates for cleaning businesses.

How we build them

Everything is a digital download you buy once. There's no subscription and no account to connect, and the files are yours to edit, so your numbers and guest details stay in your own files.

Our spreadsheets are made for Microsoft Excel and our documents for Microsoft Word. Some products are also tested in Google Sheets or Google Docs. Each product page says exactly which apps it was tested in, so check there before you buy.

We keep the instructions short and plain, and many files include a filled-in example you can type over. Our tax organizers help you gather your figures for you or your accountant; they aren't tax, legal or financial advice.
