Frequently asked questions

Do the products overlap?

A little, on purpose. The kit has a basic house-manual template and cleaner SOP; the Welcome Book and the Cleaner & Co-host Pack are the full, designed versions, and the tax pack expands the kit's tax tabs. The expense categories match across the kit and the tax pack, so year-end is mostly copy and paste.

Which apps do I need?

The workbooks work in Microsoft Excel 2019, 2021, 365 and Google Sheets. The documents open in Word, Google Docs or Apple Pages.

Is any of this tax or legal advice?

No. The tax pack is an organizer and general information; confirm with your accountant. The agreements are templates; have a local lawyer review them.

What's the license?

Use it for your own listings, including listings you co-host. Please don't resell or share the files.
